The Universal Mind
We are each a bay of consciousness, opening to the Great Sea of the Universal Mind. This Sea includes the entire All, as every mind is but an individualized expression of the One Mind. In the same way that all oceans are united by the nature of water, so to is every mind united by the nature of Mind.
We are all a part of the collective mind, through our individual personal mind. Consider that the individual mind is a subjective context which measures reality according to the sensory perceptions, the experience of the individual mind is that it exists within veils that create the appearance of separateness. We seem to be separate and individual to the extent that we are identified with the sensory based descriptions of our personal minds. This material perception shows us a selfhood that is a part from the grand organism of the universal body of the One Life.
As a holograph of wholeness it is within each and every one of us to actualize a quality of perception that extends beyond the boundaries of isolated selfhood. That we may ultimately see with a vision that liberates us from the appearance of form and its limitations. Free from the forms that clothe our selfhood in the specifics of personality, memory, identity, and desire, there is an experience of Self, as that which is a nameless, formless, livingness.
It is this presence that is the animating agent of all expressions of Life, it is the life force of the animals, plants and even the mystical glue that holds together the atoms that give structure to forms. The One Life looks out from behind the shells and masks of every form, from the strangers in the street, to our pets, to the very sequence of events that unfolds in the stories of our world. This Selfhood is the source essence of all life, the intelligence that guides
its perfect law and the experiencer of every perception we hold.
Each of its individualized expressions play a particular role in the unwinding of primal forces set in motion at the act of Creation, when thought vibrated beingness into existence. Each individual unit of consciousness is a sacred holographic mirror of its origin and instinctively moves along the perfectly designed evolutionary pathways, set in place by the structure of Universal Law.
The process of evolution brings us from our experience of reality as antonymous units of isolated forms, into greater and greater conscious awareness of the All inclusive Life Essence, permeating and sustaining every facet of Creation. As we align with the all inclusive current of Life, barriers in perception are lifted layer by layer to reveal the structure of the Whole and the splendor of its Limitless Light.
The view of the Whole reveals a grandeur infinitely greater than the sum of its parts, and so the true significance of the individual is lifted beyond material into the eternal. We are already One with the Whole and its all inclusive perfection. We are forever unified in the primal “will to good” that constitutes the structure of Universal Law. It of its own design reveals its purpose, transforms meanings and dissolves the attachments of the personal mind.
The unified Whole is seen in the nature of the Law as the very life breath within the experiencer, and so the personal mind, its private thoughts and valued gifts are seen as droplets of water in the Great Sea. In meditation we take a purposeful action to surrender our tiny droplets of
consciousness into the complete All, that we may become identified and vibratorily attuned with the Whole as our true identity.
As we enter in to group meditation are using this action to activate a conscious recognition that we are not merely individuals meditating with the collective mind, but rather its is the One Mind meditating our individuality into existence. And, in our communing together with the power of our collective intention, we accelerate this recognition because we are inviting it, joining our hearts and minds in the divine desire for Universal awakening. ~Rhea and Asa
